Welcome to my passion project! I'm Eric Beausoleil, a driven and enthusiastic pizzaiolo with a fire in my heart and a pizza in the oven. Growing up surrounded by the love and laughter of family meals, I discovered my calling: to spread the joy of cooking and sharing with my community, one delicious pizza at a time.
After years of perfecting my craft and innovating recipes, I took the leap and opened the doors to Beausoleil's Pizzeria. Our mission is simple yet bold: to serve more than just a meal, but to craft unforgettable experiences that bring people together. With every pizza that leaves our pop-up shop, we're sharing a taste of love, care, and community.
